Welcome to Adsmone. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not obtain information from or otherwise use this service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Adsmone provides monetization services for publishers and advertising solutions for advertisers. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher, you agree to place Adsmone codes only on websites, apps from various stores (Google Play, App Store, Telegram Apps), or channels that belong to you or for which you have explicit permission. You must NOT:

• Place ads on sites containing illegal content, hate speech, adult/pornographic material, or malware.
• Encourage users to click on ads (e.g., "Click to support us").
• Modify the ad code provided by Adsmone in any way without prior written consent.
• Place ads in a way that obscures content or creates accidental clicks.

3. Advertiser Obligations

Advertisers are responsible for all materials submitted for advertising. You agree NOT to:

• Promote illegal products, deceptive practices, or malware.
• Use misleading creative materials that do not match the landing page.
• Target audiences in violation of applicable laws (e.g., targeting minors with age-restricted content).

4. Payments and Payouts

Adsmone operates on a specific payout schedule (e.g., Net-30, Net-7, or Weekly, as specified in your dashboard). Payments are made specifically to the payment method detailed in your account.

• Minimum payout thresholds apply and must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Earnings generated through invalid activity (as described in the Critical Warning section above) will be deducted or withheld entirely.
• We reserve the right to delay payments for up to 60 days if suspicious activity is detected requiring investigation.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

Adsmone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service. Common reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Invalid traffic generation (Bot traffic, self-clicking).
• Use of IP changers/VPNs/Proxies.
• Fraudulent payment attempts.
• Violation of content policies.

Upon termination for violation of terms, any balance remaining in the account will be voided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Adsmone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall Adsmone be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
